What the children do at Waggy Tails

Dog Obedience Training

In the main hall, Roz and Chris, put the young people and their dogs through their training. Here they will teach their dogs to sit, stay, go down, come and walk to heel, etc.

Agility Room

Upstairs you will find the agility room. Here Harry, Poppy and  are waiting with our volunteers to do agility with the children like weaving through poles and legs, going through tunnels, over jumps, rolling over and lots more.

Trick/Puzzle Room

This room is downstairs you will find Jim and Jaz ready to do loads of different tricks and play an interactive dog game with you. Six tricks and a game and you earn yourself a certificate!

What the parents/carers do at Waggy Tails Club

They get to watch their child enjoying working with the dogs. They can see their child’s confidence being built when the dog obeys their commands.

They get to talk to other parents in similar situations and share valuable information.

They can enjoy being in an environment where they do not need to explain their child’s behaviour or idiosyncrasies, in a place where their child can meet and make like-minded friends.

Or just sit and have a cup of tea or coffee.
